Hotel Spero, Vignette Collection By Ihg - San Francisco

This trendy boutique hotel had sweeping views. I ate at a nice restaurant for breakfast. The location was particularly good, at a moderate distance from Piazza del Duomo. The staff was competent and knowledgeable and my stay was really lovely, would definitely go back.

It had comfortable location, close enough to the tenderloin, an area that has a long way to go toward gentrification...

Especially Kathryn, Johan, and Ying. We appreciated the nearby dining options, like Honey Honey Cafe and Pinecrest Diner.

I found the location less than ideal due to the presence of many homeless individuals.

The lobby is lovely, the rooms were decent size and very comfortable and the location is fantastic

Whilst room was small it was a good standard. Free wine tasting was a good touch. Very convenient to City centre.

I really liked the happy hour, but I think it should be at least 2 hours instead of 1 hour. Coffee in morning was also nice treat for "people on the go" but needs a little more attention when supplies run low. Several times coffe pot was empty or croissants were not available. Very convenient to be able to print out boarding pass free of charge. Thank You for providing that service.

Can recommend for a weekend jaunt

Comfortable room, lovely amenities, pleasant staff, and a great location made it an enjoyable stay-especially appreciated the daily free coffee in the lobby and the close proximity to Powell Street for easy transportation access.

Extremely comfortable beds and centrally located...only 4 blocks from the BART Powell St. Station, trolley turnaround, Market Street Streetcar, and bus to Golden Gate Park.

I liked the room, big space and the bed was very comfy...

I have no complains at all..i was happy with the price, location, room and service.

Nothing too much bother for the staff who were always helpful. Small conferences held at the the hotel yet this never effected the hotels service. The 'happy hour' in the hotel bar in the early evening with some free wine and cheap delicious bar food was a great start to the evening. Some building renovation work currently in progress - no effect to customers when we were staying. Highly recommended. Thenk you to the staff.

The small size of the bathroom was a bit of a drawback, and it was disappointing to find some staff members unfriendly. The breakfast at the connected restaurant was basic but featured home was good.

I requested a room with a view on an upper floor that was quiet and we got that. Bed so comfortable and nice sheets and feather pillows.

Our room was missing a picture on the wall, the grout in the tub wasn't completely clean and the molding at the top of the walls didn't sit flush with the ceiling and in one spot had a small crevice. Otherwise the colors of the room were beautiful and furnishings very nice. The missing picture though and lack of deep cleaning in the shower affected my feeling of "luxury" and otherwise lovely experience.

A bit pricey, the rooms weren't exactly luxurious. A continental breakfast would have been nice.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The decor was warm and inviting. The location was perfect, close to local attractions. I appreciated the vibrant lobby and beautiful rooms. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay 😊

I loved the warm and inviting decor throughout the hotel, especially the vibrant colors and patterns in the lobby. The staff were also very attentive, assisting me with my luggage and providing helpful tips about the area.

A better coffee option in the room would help.
